My take on the first evolution of Froakie, the water starter of the 6th generation.
The proportions are a little off, but I wanted to get this up before they reveal the real evolution. I feel like my take is a little different from any I've seen. I went with a kinda weird head shape, more alieny. But I chose to follow the colonial-hair-and-glasses look that I think Froakie has. The bubbles were supposed to look like a powdered wig. It might not have come across as well in this pic.
